Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing content. If you believe that your content has been mistakenly removed or disabled, you may submit a counter-notification.
Counter-Notification Procedure:
If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to restore the content. The counter-notification must include the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- A description of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the district in which your address is located (or any judicial district in which ToonFlicks.xyz may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice of infringement.
After receiving a counter-notification, we may restore the content unless the original copyright owner files a lawsuit to seek a court order.
